Cloudflare may process basic network data (such as IP addresses and user agents) strictly for security and performance optimization. We do not sell, rent, or distribute any traffic data to third-party data brokers.
Our core routing system operates entirely without tracking cookies. Any cookies encountered are strictly session-based and necessary for the fundamental operation of the edge nodes and our secure verification protocols.
